We use a print-on-demand drop shipper with global facilities, ensuring efficient and localized production and shipping.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. If the link is broken or you have any questions, contact us at contact@floranla.com.

What if I receive a wrong/damaged product?

We’re sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this quickly, please email us at contact@floranla.com within a week of receiving your order with photos of the damaged product and your order number. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
